PETROPAR

Comprehensive security for a fuel plant

Challenge: Protect a plant with loading racks, storage tanks, a river dock and an LPG area, including zones classified as explosion hazards.
Solution: 40 line items: PTZ, multisensor, AI dome, thermal, explosion-proof and license plate cameras; facial recognition; VMS; servers and storage with LTO backup; fiber backbone on concrete poles; new monitoring room with video wall; GPS for vehicles.
Result: Delivered in about 7 months. PETROPAR extended the contract three times. In 2026, after a fire at the site, EDELSUR replaced the cameras with higher-performance equipment within the same budget.

DINAC

Challenge: Speed up and control access to the boarding area of the country’s main airport.
Solution: Turnkey system of 5 e-gates (4 passenger lanes and 1 accessible 1.2 m lane), OCR passport reading and boarding-pass QR scanning, staff credentials and a management platform integrated with the airlines through Sabre.
Result: Installed between December 2025 and January 2026. LATAM and GOL already integrated; more airlines in progress.

PETROPAR

Challenge: Equip the plant brigade with a heavy water-and-foam attack unit for hydrocarbon fires.
Solution: Vehicle custom-built in Brazil on a VW Constellation 31.320 6×4 chassis, with Mitren bodywork, pump and foam system.
Result: Three PETROPAR officers trained at the Mitren factory in Brazil.

Ministry of Education and Science

Challenge: Digitize the ministry’s archive with legal validity, including fragile and bound documents.
Solution: Turnkey service with server, production and planetary scanners, proprietary software with digital signature and EDELSUR operators in the ministry’s archive.
Result: 4,550,000 pages contracted; service in progress.

Hospital de Clínicas (National University of Asunción)

Challenge: Cover entrances, corridors and critical areas of a high-traffic teaching hospital.
Solution: 84 IP cameras, 2 recorders with 112 TB, fiber and UTP trunk, 11 racks, MikroTik core, 5 monitoring rooms and a 3 × 46” Samsung video wall.
Result: Installed from December 1 to 27, 2024, with acceptance certificate and ongoing support.

Ultrapar Terminal, EncarnaciónExplosion-proof cameras at loading bays

Impala Terminals / Puma Energy

Challenge: Monitor explosion-hazard loading bays and service stations without stopping operations.
Solution: Hanwha explosion-proof cameras and AI bullet cameras at the Ultrapar Terminal (Encarnación), fiber and point-to-point link with LSZH/ATEX materials; relocation and reinstallation of cameras at Puma service stations; Sophos platform.
Result: Repeat client: 4 purchase orders in 10 months and maintenance with a response time of 2 hours or less.

IT platformsService desk and monitoring

BNF, Central Bank and Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Challenge: Modernize IT service management, monitoring and identity security at financial and diplomatic institutions.
Solution: ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus at BNF; Paessler PRTG at the Central Bank; MFA and SSO, SolarWinds observability and Azure for 36 months at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Result: Central Bank acceptance certificate issued; multi-year contracts in progress.

National CongressEntry control

National Congress

Challenge: Strengthen entry control and surveillance at the Legislative Branch building.
Solution: Recorders and facial recognition licenses, a monitoring management system, walk-through metal detectors and building automation for energy-efficient electrical circuits.
Result: Provisional acceptance certificates issued.
